SANTA ANA : Bicyclist in Collision With Van Identified

A 29-year-old bicyclist who collided with a Volkswagen van remained in critical condition Thursday at Western Medical Center-Santa Ana, authorities said.
Santa Ana police spokeswoman Maureen Thomas said the victim has been identified as Jeffrey Patrick Clifford, but it is not known where he lives.
The collision occurred Wednesday at Dyer Road and Main Street in Santa Ana. Police said the van, westbound on Dyer, turned left onto Main Street on a green light--into the path of Clifford, who was traveling east on Dyer.
Thomas said no citations have been issued and the investigation is continuing.
