David N. Miller has been appointed president of Off Shore of California, an Irvine manufacturer of volleyball and surf clothing. Miller was previously a senior vice president at Speedo America, responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities. He has also been national sales manager at Chalkline Manufacturing, vice president of sales and marketing at Stone Manufacturing and regional manager for Levi Strauss & Co. Off Shore is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cycle Industries Inc.
