Light heavyweight Donny Lalonde’s boxing comeback was delayed when he was operated on for a fractured Adam’s apple, a boxing promoter said.
Lalonde, who retired after being stopped by Sugar Ray Leonard 17 months ago, was to end his retirement against lightly regarded Bert Gravley Tuesday in Toronto.
