Everest & Jennings International Ltd., a Camarillo maker of wheelchairs, said Barre L. Rorabaugh will succeed Whitney A. McFarlin as president and chief executive. Rorabaugh was previously Everest & Jennings’ president of U.S. operations and came to the company from Weider Health and Fitness, where he was chief operating officer. McFarlin, who the company said was leaving “to pursue other interests,” will continue as a director of Everest & Jennings.
