TWA Sells 11 Jets: Trans World Airlines Inc. has sold 11 jumbo jets for $210 million to two leasing companies in an effort to raise cash and reduce its large debt, company officials in St. Louis said. It’s the second time in less than a month that the airline has announced the sale of assets.
