HOT DOGS, ETC.: The company proposing to build Anaheim’s indoor sports arena (B1) also wants the lucrative concession contract at Anaheim Stadium across the street. . . . “It’s not been out of hand rejected,” said Ron Rothschild, Anaheim administrative services director, although any agreement would also have to be approved by the Rams and Angels, who share in concession proceeds. . . . The current stadium contract is held by ARA Leisure Services and runs out Dec. 31. Concession profits can be as high as $1.6 million a year, divided by all the parties.
