DINNER IN D.C.: Five Orange County developers will be among the guests of President Bush at the White House tonight. . . . Donald L. Bren, William Lyon, Kathryn Thompson, George Argyros and Jim Baldwin belong to Team 100, a national group of political high rollers who donated $100,000 to the Bush campaign. . . . The dinner will be held upstairs in the President’s and First Lady’s private dining room. “These upstairs dinners are becoming unique to the Bush White House,” said one insider, who noted that the Reagans preferred to entertain downstairs.
