ALCON TO MOVE: Alcon Surgical Inc., a maker of optical surgical equipment, moves next year into a two-story, 190,000-square-foot regional headquarters now under construction at 15800 Alton Parkway in the Irvine Spectrum area.
The building is a joint venture of O’Donnell Armstrong & Partners and an Irvine Co. subsidiary.
