Commercial Scene : Herco Technology Buys Acreage in San Diego

Herco Technology Corp. has paid nearly $5.5 million for 12 1/2 acres of land in San Diego’s Sabre Springs Business Park and plans to build a 157,392-square-foot light-manufacturing and headquarters building on the site.
Herco, a maker of circuit boards, bought the land from Sabre Springs master developer Pardee Construction Co. The business park sits on Evening Creek Drive, near the intersection of Interstate 15 and Poway Road.
