Duguay, Fox, Kontos Available for Draft

Jim Fox, Ron Duguay, Dale DeGray, Phil Sykes, Chris Kontos and Scott Bjugstad were among the 12 players the Kings left unprotected--available to other teams--in Monday’s waiver draft.

Fox, who has worked for more than 16 months to rehabilitate his knees after having surgery, said Saturday night that he didn’t know whether he would want to play for another team.

“I’d have to do a lot of thinking about that,� Fox said. “I might retire. It would not be totally a business decision. It’s a matter of all that work in order to play here in Los Angeles.�
