Henley Plans to Divide: Henley Group, based in Hampton, N.H., and La Jolla, will split into two companies in December, the company announced, and move the headquarters of both to Hampton. The two companies will be Henley Properties, a real estate firm, and a new Henley Group. Chairman Michael Dingman will continue to head both companies.
