Dick Clark Productions Shows $1-Million Profit

Dick Clark Productions reported a profit of $1 million on sales of $5.4 million for its fiscal fourth quarter, which ended June 30, compared with a loss of $1.7 million on sales of $4.2 million a year earlier.

The company, which develops and produces such television programs as “American Bandstand,” also posted net income of $2.6 million for its full fiscal year, compared with a loss of $2.4 million the previous year. Its annual sales climbed to $25.6 million from $21.2 million.
