Puig writes that “Galavision, which owns KWHY, agreed to carry them (ABC commercials designed to attract Latino viewers to the network’s programs).”
KWHY-TV is solely owned by Harriscope of Los Angeles Inc.; Galavision is simply a source for Spanish-language programming to KWHY-TV.
