Kadafi’s Favorite Drink Travels Well
BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — Belgrade residents have been startled to see camels grazing on the grounds of the Libyan mission here in recent days, but the desert animals are on an official mission--to provide Col. Moammar Kadafi with his favorite milk.
The Libyan leader is to attend a summit of the Nonaligned Movement here next week, and the three female camels and two offspring have been brought in to ensure that he does not go short of his preferred beverage.
The camels are to be given to the Belgrade Zoo after the summit, a Libyan diplomatic source said.
