Commercial Scene : Law Firm Expands, Leases Space in Orange
In an expansion move, the Los Angeles-based law firm of Morris, Polich & Purdy has signed a lease valued at more than $2.2 million for 10,700 square feet of office space in Orange.
The firm will move from Tustin to a building at 500 N. State College Blvd. that is owned by KCO One and was developed and managed by the Koll Cos. Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the law firm in the transaction.
