Commercial Scene : Pomona Parcel Acquired for Industrial Structures

Cordova Chase Co. has bought a 22-acre parcel in Pomona for $2.9 million and plans to build an industrial project on the site.
The City of Industry-based developer plans to erect 23 free-standing buildings on the land, at the northeast corner of Arrow Highway and Towne Avenue. Construction is expected to begin this fall, with completion set for summer, 1990.
Seeley Co. represented Cordova in the transaction and will also be the project’s exclusive leasing agent. Iliff Thorn represented the seller, Dunn Properties of Santa Ana.
