Mercury Village Shopping Center is the new name for Mesa Plaza Shopping Center in San Diego’s Kearny Mesa, which was recently purchased for $4.12 million.
The 28,516-square-foot center located on a 1.89-acre site at 8006-8080 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., was sold by Mesa Plaza Ltd. to San Diego investors. John Burnham & Co. represented all parties in the sale.
