Dennis Eittreim has been appointed executive vice president of U.S. operations for Burlington Air Express, responsible for the Irvine-based company’s U.S. air-freight field organization. Eittreim was formerly vice president of the company’s Eastern division. He has more than 15 years of experience with Burlington, including district manager of the Boston operation and Southeastern regional vice president.
