Sammis Co., Irvine, sold a small shopping complex opposite Saddleback College in Mission Viejo for $8.5 million.
The 50,000-square-foot center on Marguerite Parkway was sold to Innkeeper’s Electronics of Santa Ana, said commercial broker Sperry Van Ness of Newport Beach. The center now houses a stereo shop, steak restaurant, clothing store and photo developer.
