The 96-year-old celebrated artist Erte, in one of his rare personal appearances, will display some never-before-seen works from his personal collection and preside at a private sale at Trump Castle Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City June 3. An open showing and public sale will take place the next day. A portion of the proceeds generated by the sale will be donated to charity. The exclusive showing will include 50 original watercolors up to 80 years old, rare lithographs and serigraphs, and Erte’s distinctive sculptures and jewelry.
