The front-page article (April 30) on the fighting of atheists over an atheist’s $16.5 million estate shows that non-believers can be as greedy as any Bible-screaming TV evangelist! I hope to see many follow-ups to this disgraceful display of money-grabbing. This circus could go on for many years. Does Madalyn Murray O’Hair really need this kind of publicity? Is even bad publicity better than no publicity?
It is a shame to see so much money wasted in the courts, when it could be used in more educational channels for both sides of this philosophical issue.
