Congratulations to the students of the Taft High School team for winning the U.S. Academic Decathlon in Providence, R.I. . . . and a special “hurrah” for The Times for boldly featuring the event in full color on its front page (May 2). What a welcome change to read something positive about our teen-agers that isn’t buried in the middle of the newspaper.
