Thomas S. Maddock, chief executive of Boyle Engineering Corp., has been elected chairman. Succeeding him as president is Henry W. Haeseker, who had been executive vice president and retains the title of chief operating officer. Maddock has been with the Newport Beach-based design firm for 30 years and served as president for 15 years. Haeseker, a 25-year veteran of the company, established its Florida operations in 1974 and was regional vice president for the 4 eastern offices. He was named chief operating officer in 1988.
