Lynwood : Assistant City Manager Resigns for Consulting Job
Donald J. Fraser has resigned as assistant city manager of Lynwood to become a consultant for a private firm in Sacramento.
After more than seven years with the city, Fraser will be working as principal consultant in the personnel division of Ralph Andersen and Associates of Sacramento. The company does financial and personnel studies for public agencies.
Fraser worked in various administrative capacities in Lynwood before being named assistant city manager more than two years ago.
Fraser, who is married and has a 10-year-old son, lives in Huntington Beach. The family will move to Sacramento. Fraser has a bachelor of arts degree in political science from UCLA and a master’s degree in public administration from Cal State Long Beach.
