In response to “Congress Pushes Uniform Poll-Closing for Presidential Election Years,†by Richard Cohen, Opinion, April 23:
Should the people who would get confused about changing daylight-saving time really vote in a presidential election?
Anyway, how about having Election Day on Saturdays so all those confused “working people†can figure it out?
