Nevada County officials confirmed that a frozen body found near Donner Summit is that of a man who disappeared on a cross-country skiing trip two months ago. The body of Robert Sinnock, 65, of Mountain View was found by the Placer County search and rescue team during a training exercise. It was positively identified through papers the victim was carrying.
