CRSS Inc.’s office in Irvine was named architect for the first phase of California State University’s new San Marcos campus in north San Diego County.
The 304-acre campus will be the first new public university to be built in the state in 25 years. It is scheduled to open in 1992 with 25,000 students.
CRSS is a large Texas planning and architecture firm.
