Commercial Scene : New Jersey Firm Buys Rancho Cucamonga Park
The Turner-Lucas Ranch Road Business Park in Rancho Cucamonga has been purchased for $5.25 million by Gamma Realty of New Jersey.
The three-building, 141,000-square-foot industrial park takes up much of the 9600 block of Lucas Ranch Road. The Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Newport Beach-based Turner Development Co. The City of Industry office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented Gamma.
