Commercial Scene : Shopping Center Set for Summer Finish

Late summer completion is scheduled for The Plaza at 17th, a $7.2-million, 32,000-square-foot shopping center at 17th Street and the Newport/Costa Mesa (55) Freeway in Tustin.
Manchester Development and Vistar Financial are the joint-venture developers of the three-building complex. The buildings have 19,920, 6,555 and 5,950 square feet. The architect is Lon Bike of Architectural Team Three, Santa Ana.
