The 216-unit Baywood Villa Apartment complex at 1171 E. Baywood Drive, Corona, has been sold by Fredericks Development for $12.1 million to SBD Group Inc. of Santa Ana.
The Inland Empire Region and Orange Region offices of The Hanes Co. were brokers in the transaction.
