Commercial Scene : O’Donnell Partners Buys Business Center

O’Donnell Investment Partners, the investment arm of O’Donnell, Armstrong & Partners, Irvine, has purchased the 107,154-square-foot Calmaf Commerce Center in Santa Fe Springs, from Calmaf Investment I.
The purchase, which exceeded $6.8 million, includes seven industrial buildings ranging from 13,408 square feet to 16,012 square feet. The 7-acre site is located at 11540-11618 E. Washington Blvd. and also includes a 3,250-square-foot retail facility.
Coldwell Banker’s Cerritos office represented both partners in the transaction and will continue to represent the new owners in leasing available space. Wells Fargo Bank provided the financing.
