Commercial Scene : Pacific Bell Buys Two Buildings in Torrance

Pacific Bell has purchased two buildings, consisting of nearly 100,000 square feet of leasable space, from GasconMar Development, developer of Torrance Center.
The buildings, at 21241 and 21281 Western Ave., were purchased for $13.4 million and are part of the 47-acre business park in the city of Torrance’s 300-acre Industrial Redevelopment Project area.
