Commercial Scene : Ontario Site Purchased by Development Firm

Majestic Realty Co., a real estate development firm, has purchased the Archibald Business Center, two industrial buildings on 16 acres in Ontario, from Golden West Equity Properties Inc. of Newport Beach. The purchase price was undisclosed, but industry sources estimate the value at about $10 million.
