Fujiken Corp., a Tokyo-based real estate development firm with offices in Los Angeles, has purchased a 38,400-square-foot retail home furnishings center at 200 S. La Brea Ave. for $10 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented both Fujiken and the seller, City Equities La Brea of Century City.
