Commercial Scene : Price Savers Signs Lease for Vista Center Outlet

Price Savers Wholesale Inc., a Washington corporation based in Utah, has signed a 20-year, $15,078,250 lease for 109,200 square feet of retail space in Vista Center, at California 78 and Emerald.
Grubb & Ellis represented the lessor, Vista Center Associates, and Putt Storrs of Evergreen Development represented the lessee in the 20-year lease transaction.
