Bystander Hurt as Truck Crashes Into 14 Vehicles

WASHINGTON — A delivery truck careened onto a busy downtown street Friday afternoon, crashing into 14 vehicles and critically injuring a bystander before the vehicle was stopped and the driver was arrested for drunken driving.
