Robert Pavlik, manager of National Bank of Southern California’s real estate and construction loan division, has been named senior vice president. Pavlik has been with the Santa Ana-based bank since 1982. Before that, he spent 9 years with the Colwell Co., a mortgage banking firm, where he was responsible for construction loans and appraisals; and 4 years with Transamerica Financial Corp., where he was credit/collection manager.
