Fire Rakes Texas Town

JACKSONVILLE, Tex. — Fire engulfed a downtown block in this East Texas town, destroying a number of businesses, including a department store, three clothing stores and a bakery, officials said. No injuries were reported in the incident late Saturday, and authorities had not determined the cause of the blaze.
