Carole Merle of France won her third consecutive super-G race and the World Cup title for the season in that event at Tignes, France.
She was timed in 1 minute 17.34 seconds, finishing ahead of Austrians Anita Wachter and Sigrid Wolf, winner of the event in the Calgary Winter Olympics.
