Del Mar
A 53-year-old man being sought on suspicion of embezzling $100,000 from the estate of a San Diego widow was arrested Friday in Ferndale, Mich.
Jerome Paul Curtis of the 2200 block of Cordero Road in Del Mar had been sought since October on a warrant for grand theft.
The Crimestoppers program received a tip that led to the arrest, police said. Curtis was taken into custody in Michigan; extradition is pending.
