Kitchell Contractors to Renovate Resort in Palm Springs

Kitchell Contractors, Irvine, has been selected to carry out the $15-million renovation of the Radisson Palm Springs Resort and Conference Center in Palm Springs.
The hotel, built in 1960, is owned by Home Federal Savings & Loan of San Diego and operated by Radisson Hotel Corp., based in Minneapolis.
Phased renovations of the guest rooms, with exterior and new interior improvements designed by architect is Arechaederra Hong Treiman of Santa Monica, are scheduled for completion in the spring.
