A man who jumped bail in U. S. District Court in San Diego while awaiting sentencing on charges of conspiracy to commit murder has been placed on the U. S. Marshal Service’s 15-most-wanted list.
Patrick Thomas Innie, 38, was charged with conspiring to murder Oklahoma businessman Robert Lincoln Barr. Barr was shot in August, 1985, but survived.
Charges were brought against Innie in federal court in San Diego. He failed to appear for sentencing last March.
Innie’s criminal history dates to 1968, and includes burglary, narcotics and firearm offenses. He has used 26 aliases and seven dates of birth. He is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone with any knowledge of his whereabouts should contact the Marshal Service.
