Israel Envoy to Kenya Hails Resumed Ties
NAIROBI, Kenya — This nation’s decision to resume diplomatic ties with Israel is a significant step toward reaching a negotiated peace in the Middle East, Israeli Ambassador-designate Arieh Ivtsan said Friday.
