Local : Teens Terrorize Vietnamese Family
A Vietnamese family was terrorized for more than an hour by five Asian teen-agers who broke into their house in Westminster, beat them and fled with an unknown amount of cash and jewelry, police said.
The assailants, who may be members of an Asian gang, kicked in the front door of the home in the 9400 block of Westminster Boulevard just after midnight Tuesday, Westminster Police Lt. Richard Main said. The 15- to 18-year-olds, armed with knives and handguns, beat the victims and threatened to kill them.
