Panel Berths Open: One position each is open on the city’s Development Committee and Traffic Safety Committee. The Development Committee meets on the second and fourth Mondays at City Hall, and its members receive a stipend of $100 a month. The traffic panel meets when needed, and there is no compensation. Applications are available from the city clerk, 7822 Walker St., and must be received by Dec. 23 for the 2-year terms that become available in January. For information, call (714) 534-7700.
