Medi-Mail, a San Diego-based mail-order pharmacy that went public this year, has signed a five-year agreement to service Pace Membership Warehouse of Denver.
According to a filing with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Medi-Mail will provide mail-order service to 38 Pace warehouses and about 3 million members.
In another filing, the company said it made about $1.3 million at the close of its initial public offering of stock July 28. Medi-Mail also said it purchased office space in San Diego for $579,500.
