I’m not a big baseball fan, and I’m not a native Angeleno. So ordinarily a fall classic made up of two California teams would have little to interest me. Except for one thing--Dodger pitching ace Orel Hershiser.
He has given America’s kids something I thought was gone forever.
Orel Hershiser, a humble unassuming man, has given America a hero.
