I find it unconscionable that the judges chose to overlook this year’s obvious peacemakers, Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev, in favor of--what?--the U.N. peacekeeping forces? This, after the two world leaders signed the most important nuclear reduction agreement in history? Come on, now. This is tantamount to giving baseball’s National League Cy Young award to the Atlanta Braves bullpen!
I suspect a little prejudice against our President--other than Conrad’s, that is.
