Greg Nathanson, an ABC-TV executive and former programming director at KTLA Channel 5, was named vice president and general manager of KTTV Channel 11. The position at the Fox-owned station had been vacant since July 11, when Bob Morse resigned to become general manager of WMAQ-TV in Chicago. Nathanson comes to the position without the usual background in news or sales that most station managers have.
