Ray A. Burke, executive vice president-energy resources at Unocal, will retire Nov. 30. Burke, 66 and a veteran of 38 years with Unocal, has been a member of the board and executive committee since 1966. John F. Imle Jr., president of the company’s International Oil & Gas division, will succeed Burke. Imle, 47, has been with Unocal for 25 years.
